EQUIPMENT REFUND and RETURN POLICY

All Equipment returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There will be no refund of shipping costs, and buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling. If a defective terminal/product is purchased, MerchantProducts.com will replace the defective product if within 30 days of purchase. If a product is deemed defective after 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims. We will only accept exchanges for 30 days due to the possibility of damaging a machine by improperly programming it. MerchantProducts.com has no control over the programming of your machine if you process your credit card transactions with another processing company besides our sister company applied-merchant.com.
